Virtual Training Workshop with David Levin-Kruss
Wednesday 10 May at 10:30-12:00 CET
There are some organizations that say they want change but then resist when it comes.
Others fight anything new and ultimately suffer because of it.
And then there are those that embrace change wholeheartedly but lose themselves in the process.
In this interactive workshop we will learn how to take communities and institutions to their next step while firmly holding on to what keeps them stable and meaningful.
We will use a combination of positive psychology, popular culture, practical exercises and Jewish texts to develop and build actionable and consensus-driven strategies that work.
This workshop is aimed at community professionals working in Europe, who are thinking about, or are in the process of, change within their organisations.
