Persuading others to cooperate, collaborate and even change their minds is common in all workplaces but is truly at the heart of communal work and leadership roles. In this session we will explore what behavioral research tells us about how we persuade and influence others, and what factors influence decision making. Participants will practise with practical tools they can use to elevate their work.
Whether you are trying to influence your team members or decision makers in your workplace, trying to influence young people in the broader community, or even working on your next promotion, this session could hold something for you.
This workshop is aimed at Jewish community professionals in Europe and is an interactive workshop.
Kylie Eisman Lifschitz
Kylie is an experienced organizational consultant and founder of Workwell, offering a behavioral science-based approach to leadership development and team-building.
With over 20 years in both commercial and non-profit sectors, she’s worked with global corporations like Cisco, Intel, and Siemens, as well as organizations such as the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee and the Israeli Ministry of Diaspora Affairs.
Kylie holds degrees in Law and Organizational Behavior and has been delivering impactful leadership workshops, executive coaching, and strategic planning since 2013.
She lives in Jerusalem with her family and is an advocate for women’s leadership and social justice.
