Communication Plans for Marketing

Join a Virtual Training Workshop on Wednesday 15 December or Thursday 16 December 2021, 11:00-12:30 CET with Zoe Steel

Are you looking to cut through all the smoke and mirrors to develop great communication plans?

Do you want to discover the basics of marketing communication, from understanding your audiences to telling a story that will enthuse and engage them?

In this interactive workshop we will:

  • Understand how to develop brand tone of voice based on audience demographics
  • Learn how to embed storytelling at the heart of communications
  • Explore different channels of communication, and understand how they differ
  • Get practical advice and guidance on how to build a 360-degree communications plan

To help you get as much from this interactive workshop as possible, participants are requested to join from a computer rather than a mobile device and to turn on camera mode. We also advise you to update to the latest version of Zoom available.

Spaces are limited and priority will be given to Jewish community professionals living and working in Europe/UK.

The first workshop on Thursday 16 December 2021 if now fully booked. Due to high demand we have opened a second workshop on Wednesday 15 December. Both workshops are now full.

NB: both workshops will take place at 11:00-12:30 CET (10:00-11:30 UK, 12:00-13:30 Baltics and Bulgaria).

Both workshops are now fully booked. The registration form includes a few short questions to help focus the training for those participating.

We will aim to confirm your registration within 3 working days. Once allocated a place you will be sent a Zoom link for the session. We encourage you to add this to your calendar. If the session is full, we will add you to a waiting list.

Please be in touch with us at info@yesodeurope.eu with any questions.

Zoe Steel

Zoe is a marketing expert who has run campaigns for Microsoft, BMW, Sky, Barclays, and the BBC. For the last few years, she has been Director of Marketing and Communication at JW3, the only Jewish Community Centre of its kind in the UK. There she transformed her role, her department, and the way in which such a vibrant organisation digitally makes its mark on the world.

An impressive communicator with an incredibly broad skill set, she has an innate passion for her work, and a distinctive style. Zoe’s degree, a BA in English Literature, allowed her to explore a love of storytelling, which continues today and is reflected in the power of a fantastically written marketing campaign.

Zoe is fascinated by the bridge between storytelling and algorithms; between designing the perfect UX led user journey and curating the words to infuse brand loyalty. This fascination, and the opportunity to work towards a cause greater than simply a commercial target, took her to JW3.
