Are you a line-manager in a Jewish community professional role, looking to improve how you manage your staff?
Would you like to take on a staff management role in the future and want to boost your skills?
Do you sometimes think about how you yourself are managed and how it might be a more effective process for both you and your manager?
In this interactive workshop we will:
- Understand a theoretical model of how to line-manage staff in a way that is productive and helpful for both manager and worker
- Explore this line-management model through case studies
- Get practical tips for implementing the model in your every day work
To help you get as much from this interactive workshop as possible, participants are requested to join from a computer rather than a mobile device and to turn on camera mode. We also advise you to update to the latest version of Zoom available.
NB: We do not recommend that managers participate in the same workshop as people they manage.
Spaces are limited and priority will be given to Jewish community professionals living and working in Europe/UK.
NB: the workshop will take place at 11:00-12:30 CET (10:00-11:30 UK, 12:00-13:30 Baltics and Bulgaria).
To register for free, click here. The registration form includes a few short questions to help focus the training for those participating.
We will aim to confirm your registration within 3-5 working days. Once allocated a place you will be sent a Zoom link for the session. We encourage you to add this to your calendar. If the session is full, we will add you to a waiting list.
Please be in touch with us at info@yesodeurope.eu with any questions.
