Do you think budgets are all about making your finance team happy?
Join Yesod Europe and Moran Shelly, JDC’s European Regional Budget Manager, for a virtual training workshop on Wednesday 6 December from 11:00-12:30 CET.
During this 90-minute workshop, we will look at budgets from the perspective of a non-profit organisation: different ways to build one, what happens after you have a budget plan ready, and how best to manage your budget long-term.
This workshop is free and is aimed at Jewish community professionals in Europe who, either regularly or occasionally, are responsible for creating budgets or are tasked with managing one.

Moran Shelly
Moran has a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration and M.A. in Nonprofit Management.
She has been working at the JDC for 9 years and has volunteered as the CEO & the CFO for an Israeli nonprofit organisation.
Moran was an emissary in Atlanta, Georgia, on behalf of Bnei Akiva youth movement.

Participants are requested to join from a computer rather than a mobile device and to turn on camera mode to fully participate in the workshop, including breakout room discussions. We also advise you to update to the latest version of Zoom in advance.
Priority will be given to Jewish community professionals living and working in Europe.
