The Art of Managing Up is a dynamic workshop designed to help you build a more effective and rewarding relationship with your line manager—whether they are a professional or a lay leader.

Join us on Wednesday, November 5 at 11:00-12:30 CET for this hands-on session, where we’ll explore practical strategies to:

A strained relationship with a manager is one of the leading causes of workplace stress and a key factor in employee burnout and turnover. That’s why learning to manage up is not just a helpful skill—it’s essential for creating a more productive, positive, and less stressful work environment.

This workshop is aimed at Jewish community professionals in Europe and is an interactive workshop.

Ben Morrison

Ben has worked in the UK charitable sector since 1999, leading fundraising teams at major organizations including Jewish Care and Weizmann UK. Since founding his consultancy in 2015, he has supported over 60 charities—more than 40 of them Jewish—across the UK, Europe, and Israel, helping raise over £50 million.

Ben specializes in major donor campaigns, leadership development, and fundraising strategy, with a focus on building confidence and capability within organizations. He also serves in leadership roles across the sector and is a regular trainer and speaker on nonprofit leadership and fundraising.
