In the past five years we have invested in the learning, development and connection of Jewish community professionals and educators across Europe, working together with lay leaders and partner organizations to unleash the potential of professionals to the benefit of the whole community. By offering a tailored and inclusive service, we do our utmost to meet the needs of professionals at whatever stage of their career and whatever role they perform.
Over 500 individuals have taken part in free or subsidised learning and development opportunities, such as virtual training workshops, communities of practice, one-to-one coaching, and year-long fellowship programmes. By the end of 2023 we aim to have engaged with 750 European Jewish community professionals in an ongoing journey of development.
This Retrospective Celebrating Five Years of Yesod Europe reflects on the experiences and achievements of Jewish community professionals and educators in a range of roles and community settings, including from Germany, Bulgaria, France, Sweden, Estonia, Italy, Hungary and Latvia.
