Delegation Skills for Greater Impact
Effective delegation is one of the most powerful ways to improve your productivity, empower your team, and strengthen your organisation – yet it’s also one of the hardest leadership skills to master.
Join us for on Thursday 11 September at 11:00-12:30 CET for an interactive workshop which will help you reflect on your current approach to delegation, explore common barriers that get in the way, and give you practical tools to delegate with confidence and clarity.
In this highly focused session, participants will:
- Understand the value of delegation for efficiency, empowerment, and long-term capability building.
- Recognize and address common obstacles, from perfectionism to control issues.
- Learn the 7 Levels of Delegation and the DELEGATE model for structuring tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Practice applying these approaches to real-life situations, avoiding common pitfalls and finding the right balance of oversight.
By the end of the session, you’ll leave with practical strategies to make delegation a more deliberate, confident, and productive part of your work.
